Human Resources Department

Managing the human resources is considered as one of the most important jobs in the company as it is no less important than other jobs for the importance of human element and its influence on the production competence of the company. Thus, one of the members of the administrative board has been assigned to run this department in cooperation with the other members of the board. The most important tasks of the department are analyzing and defining jobs, attracting, recruiting, training and developing human recourses and then making sure of the existence of the appropriate persons timely to achieve the company goals.
