Sales Department

This department has its own manager with number of assistants; and the tasks of this department can be summarized with implementing all the required procedures to sales and deliver the goods to the agents and choosing the suitable ways to distribute goods. These ways include making and implementing sales plans, supervising, evaluating selling performance and participating in making decisions required in transactions. As well as, they include observing the market situation in terms of forecasting sales rate, competition type, studying the consumer attitudes and market needs, shedding light upon the obstacles and problems and overcoming them through referring daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the concerned parties.
